Four Sentenced To Prison In Marion County Court
A 22-year-old Kinmundy man has pleaded guilty to a theft charge. Lucas Kulesza of North Church was ordered to serve 30 months in prison, one year of mandatory supervised release, and pay $600 in restitution as well as court costs. Kulesza admitted to having possession of a wallet taken from Kimberly Roger last October.
Two others have been sentenced to prison after entering guilty pleas to charges of possession of a controlled substance. 28-year-old Aaron Brink of Tower Road in Richview was sentenced to three years in prison after admitted to possession of less than 15 grams of heroin. 25-year-old Reginald Smith of Frazier Street in Centralia was sentenced to 18 months in prison and one year of mandatory supervised release. He had less than 15 grams of cocaine in his possession when arrested by police. The time will be served concurrently with an 18 month prison term handed down in Jefferson County court on an unlawful restraint conviction.
