Drive-Through Flu Clinic Set for Tuesday in Salem

The Marion County Health Department will be conducting a drive-through seasonal flu clinic on Tuesday from 2:00-3:30 p.m. at Evergreen Christian Church located at 1875 North Broadway Avenue in Salem.  The vaccinations will be offered to adults 18 years of age and older.

The health department says persons that have difficulty walking or are unable to stand for long periods of time may benefit from attending the drive-through clinic.  All vaccinations will be administered to participants without having to leave their vehicles.  All participants should wear short sleeve shirts so the upper arm is easily accessible.

The fee for the seasonal flu vaccination is $30.00 or Medicare Part B will be accepted.  If Medicare is to be billed, please have your Medicare card ready prior to entering the drive-through area.
