Dead Prairie Eagle Miner IdentifiedCutler, IL -- The man killed at Prairie Eagle South Mine in Cutler on Wednesday is identified as 28 year old Timothy Chamness. Reports indicate Chamness was using a remote control to operate a mining machine when he got pinned between the tail of the machine and a coal rib.
