Centralia Police Say A Man Is Shot In The Arm From Another Vehicle
The shots are believed to have been fired from a .45 caliber gun by the occupants of a whiteTahoe. Police say the Tahoe had blocked the path of the car in which Watson was a passenger.
The driver of the car, 25-year-old Jeremy Shered of East Kell in Centralia, was not hurt. The occupants of the Tahoe sped off and have not been located. A Centralia ESDA member heard the gunshots while assisting at the scene of a fire on East Howard Street a few blocks away. The ESDA member instructed Shered and Thomas to go to the Centralia Police Station.
Watson, who was wearing a large coat, did not initially tell police he had been shot. When they learned of the gunshot wound, an ambulance was called and Watson was taken to the hospital for treatment. Watson and Shered indicated they did not know who was in the Tahoe.
The shooting incident was reported at 10:21 Wednesday night.
