Centralia Police Investigating Friday Night Home Invasion

By Bruce Kropp, WJBD News

Centralia Police are investigating a home invasion and aggravated battery complaint.

Police say Lee Myers of the 300 block of North Walnut reported three black males wearing black clothing and with their heads covered forced their way into his home on Friday night.  The three all reportedly were armed with guns.  They allegedly stole broken BB guns that were hanging on the wall.

One of the four others in the home, Raeann Myers, was reportedly hit in the head with the butt of a gun when she refused to get on the floor as ordered.  Those in the home were not able to give police any further description of the three men.

The incident occurred at 7:41 Friday night.
