Centralia Man Arrested For BurglaryA 36-year-old Centralia man has been arrested by Centralia Police for an alleged burglary at his ex-girlfriend's home.
Zachary Hiltibidal of Hester Avenue is accused of taking a phone after entering the Dawn Vitale home on South Marion Street on Saturday. She told police this is the second time that Hiltibidal had broken into her home. Vitale was in the process of showing a friend the broken window from the first break in when she saw Hiltibital through the window and discovered her phone was gone.
Hiltibidal was arrested after Centralia Police received a report that Hiltibidal had chased one of Vitale's friends from her home while armed with a club. Police were able to recover Vitale's phone, which Hiltibital said he had grabbed from her hand during an argument.
