Burglary of Sandoval Village Hall Under InvestigationAn investigation is underway by the Marion County Sheriff's Department into an early Saturday morning burglary to Sandoval Village Hall.
The Sheriff's Department and Sandoval Police called in the State Crime Scene technicians to help gather evidence after a village employee discovered the burglary around seven Saturday morning.
Mayor Pam Gelsinger is uncertain how entry was initially gained to the building, but says two internal office doors were broken to gain entrance to the main office and one shared by her and Police Chief Andy Westman. Gelsinger said the village is still trying to determine what was stolen.
