By Bruce Kropp

A 19-year-old Odin man has been placed on four years probation, ordered to pay court costs and make $424 in restitution for his role in connection with a rash of vehicle burglaries in Salem last August.  Blade Eaker of Perkins Street had earlier pleaded guilty to one count of burglary in exchange for the other six counts being dropped.  He admitted entering a vehicle owned by Harry Kershaw on West Porter in Salem.
