Arrest Warrants Issued For 353 In Marion County Court For Not Paying Child Support Fee
A total of 373 had received notices to appear in court to show cause on why they had not paid the fee that was due in January. Only 20 appeared and paid the fee.
Yates reports all of those now being sought on the arrest warrants received two notices in addition to the order to show up in court Monday. She reports a total of 1,494 are required to pay the annual child support fee through her office that helps support the position that handles child support payments.
