Areas of No Parking Announced for Little Egypt Parade
Due to the festivities of the Little Egypt Festival and Parade on Saturday, October 6th, beginning at noon and until 5 p.m., parking will be prohibited on both sides of the following streets. Vehicles parked in these areas will be towed at the owners expense.Streets that will be closed to parking during these times are as follows:
East-West Streets
Boone St. from Illinois to Shelby.
Spillway Rd. From Broadway to Broughton
Main St. from Westgate to Broadway Ave.
Broughton Rd. from Spillway Rd to College
Whittaker from Westgate to Broadway
Schwartz from Broadway to Jefferson
Church from Broadway to Marion
North-South Streets
Marion from Church to Main
Shelby from Main to Boone
Main from Marion to Shelby
Broadway from Whittaker to Spillway Rd (excluding 100 block of South Broadway)
Illinois from Boone to Main
Woodland from Boone to Park St.
College from Broughton Rd. To Boone
Washington from Main to Schwartz
Westgate from Main to Whittaker
