17-Year-Old Centralia Man Dies From What Is Believed To Be A Drug Overdose

By Bruce Kropp, WJBD News

Marion County Coroner Troy Cannon says a 17-year-old Centralia man found dead in his home Sunday morning died from an apparent drug overdose.

Daniel Clark of Airport Road was pronounced dead at 6:21 am.  Clark was found unresponsive in his bedroom by another family member.

Cannon says a final determination on the cause of death will have to wait until toxicology results are back in the next four to six weeks.   However, he reports evidence gathered at the scene indicates a drug overdose was involved.  Cannon says there were no signs of foul play.
