No injuries or illnesses have been reported.

The recall includes 40-pound cases containing 10-pound packs of fine groud beef, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service said Thursday.

The products were produced on April 1 and were shipped to distribution centers in Arkansas, California, Montana, and Texas. The products can be identified by the case code "6063A3091A" or "6063A3091B."
