VH1 Picks Up "Naked Dating" Series
(NEW YORK) -- VH1 has picked up a new dating show. Or, should we say, a “nude” dating show.
In each episode of the series, which is tentatively titled Naked Dating, a man and a woman will both date two potential mates. As you might have guessed from the title, the suitors will not wear any clothing.
Afterward, the man and woman will reflect on their experiences and determine whether they should pursue a romance with their dates.
Ten episodes will be shot at an undisclosed “remote exotic locale.”
Susan Levison, executive vice president of Original Programming & Production at VH1, says in a statement that Naked Dating is “really about something that we can all relate to -- the search for true love. It’s also a series with heart and masterful storytelling -- both earmarks of an engaging, must-watch show.”
VH1 promises the episodes will be edited “according to network standards.” The cable network has not yet announced a premiere date for Naked Dating.
