New Trailer for "The Hangover Part III" Debuts

Dave Hogan/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- The second trailer for The Hangover Part III was released Thursday, and it clears up some of the mystery regarding the film's plot.

Zach Galifianakis' character, Alan, has lost his father, and he's stopped taking his medication.  The other guys in the Wolfpack -- Bradley Cooper's Phil, Ed Helms' Stu, and Justin Bartha's Doug -- try to convince him to go to rehab.

Eventually, they're chased down by John Goodman's character, a tough guy who tells them he's owed $21 million by the gangster Mr. Chow, played by Ken Jeong.  The typical mayhem fans have come to expect from The Hangover series follows.

The Hangover Part III, also featuring Melissa McCarthy, opens May 24.
