Jimmy Kimmel Marries Longtime Girlfriend Molly McNearney
(LOS ANGELES) -- Late night host Jimmy Kimmel and longtime girlfriend Molly McNearney tied the knot this past Saturday in Ojai, Calif., Kimmel’s representative, Lewis Kay, tells People magazine. McNearney is co-head writer on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
A source tells the magazine wedding invitations asked guests to make a charitable donation in lieu of wedding gifts.
The insider says guests at the wedding included Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Howard Stern, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski.
The British newspaper The Daily Mail reports in an apparent prank, Precious actress Gabourey Sidibe arrived at the ceremony wearing a white wedding dress, posing to be Kimmel's bride-to-be. She later changed into a red dress and white sandals, returning the spotlight to the real bride.
Kimmel, 45, proposed to McNearney, 35, last year while the two were vacationing in South Africa. It's her first marriage and his second.
