Jerry Seinfeld, Jason Alexander Spotted at "Seinfeld" Diner
(NEW YORK) -- Are Jerry and George back?!
On Monday, Jerry Seinfeld and Jason Alexander were spotted walking into Tom’s Restaurant on New York City's Upper West Side – the exterior of which was used to represent the iconic duo’s local hangout, Monk’s Cafe, in the long-running sitcom Seinfeld.
Twitter was abuzz as pictures surfaced of Seinfeld and Alexander outside the restaurant. Photos from other angles show video cables feeding into the establishment, indicating filming of some sort was going on.
It’s unclear what they were taping. Some have speculated Seinfeld could be filming his Web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Others have said they could be filming a Super Bowl ad.
Gothamist was the first to report the sighting.
