"Buckwild" Star Facing Drug Charge in West Virginia

MTV Networks

(NEW YORK) -- Salwa Amin, a cast member of the MTV reality show Buckwild, was arrested Sunday night in West Virginia and is facing a drug charge.

The 24-year-old and two others were arrested at a private home in Summersville after authorities received a tip from an informant, according to state police. Oxycodone pills and heroin were reportedly found on the property.

Amin was arraigned Monday in Nicholas County Magistrate Court on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.  Amin is being held at the Central Regional Jail in Flatwoods, W. Va., on $200,000 bond.

MTV recently renewed Buckwild for a second season.
