State Union Workers To Start Receiving Overdue Raises July 1st

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) - The Associated Press has learned that Gov. Pat Quinn's administration will start paying overdue raises to unionized workers July 1 even though lawmakers didn't approve extra funding.

Five Arrested on Felony Drug Charges
