Big Turnout for Centralia Children's Halloween Parade

Some of the winners in the Centralia Children's Halloween Parade pose together at the conclusion of the Saturday afternoon parade.

 

A big turnout for the Centralia Children's Halloween Parade Saturday afternoon. Several large floats that later advanced to the big Halloween Parade Saturday night highlighted the event that included hundreds of kids in costumes. The Pirate Ship float took first place in the float division. The Jungle Float was second, the Chinese Dragon third and the Orphan Football Float fourth.

 

13-month old Preston and Sienna Feig took first place in the decorated wagon division. 17-month-old Elina Kell was second. Four-year-old Trenton and three-year-old Armoni Dempsey took third. Alaina and Drew Camp and Jackson and Karleigh McClaren won fourth place.

 

In the Patriotic division, five-year-old Emma Sears of Field school was first. 11-year-old Samantha Brown of Sandoval took first in the Monster division. Seven-year-old Bethani Green was first in clowns. Three-year-old Brandon Mills took first place for Space Aliens. Seven-year-old Preston and five-year-old Spencer Johannes won top prize in the Cowboys, Cowgirls and Indians catagory.

 

22-month-old Jack and eight-month old Owen Wilber won first place in Comic Strip Characters. Three-year-old Zana Versey took top prize in the Hobo classification. Nine-year-old Trevor Marcum was tops in Ghosts, Goblins, and Ugliest. Alexica Cart won top prize for Animal Characters. Lil Perero won the prize for Prettiest. The top couple was John, Jackson and Lexi Martin. Four-year-old Kyra Miller won the witches division.
